NOHRD StepTower Shadow combines step, strength and functional training in one system. Its rounded side panels are made of high-quality veneered plywood with a solid wood frame of black-stained beech. They also serve as functional step or training benches.
The interior contains an integrated dumbbell set, four resistance bands in different strengths, and yoga and wellness tools: two cork yoga blocks, a fascia roller, a cork mat and two ball-bearing training handles made of solid wood. The padded top can be used as a seat or training bench, while the step boards can be used individually or stacked.
