NOHRD WallBars Shadow combines the traditional wall bar concept with modern, elegant design. The wooden rungs suit calisthenics and stretching workouts and offer a variety of grip options.
The fold-out bar is designed for hanging and suspension exercises. Made from solid wood, the wall bar is available with 10 or 14 rungs and stands just 13 cm from the wall.
