NOHRD StepBox Shadow is a compact all-in-one fitness solution for full-body training. Its internal storage keeps the supplied equipment organised and out of sight.
NOHRD StepBox Shadow offers options for strength and endurance training and is designed for regular full-body workouts. Its padded top serves as a comfortable seat or bench and also covers the internal storage compartments.
The two rounded side panels are made of high-quality veneered plywood with a solid wood frame of black-stained beech. They also serve as functional step benches or training benches. Four resistance bands with different tensions (10, 20, 40 and 50) are stored beneath the padded lids and attached to extendable hooks with carabiners.
