NOHRD SquatRack Shadow is a compact folding squat rack that provides the functions needed for safe and effective barbell training when unfolded.
The NOHRD SquatRack Shadow consists of two wooden columns and folds completely in and out. When fully folded, it takes up minimal space; when unfolded, it becomes a robust training station for barbell training.
A foot mechanism allows the rack to extend fully, creating more room for training and allowing, for example, a weight bench to be integrated. The two barbell supports are adjustable to different heights and briefly fold upwards on contact. SpotterArms are available separately and can be attached in all positions.
