The NOHRD WeightBench Shadow is an elegant solid wood bench designed for barbell and dumbbell training. Its frame features ground contours and is made from high-quality, durable solid wood. The seat and lying surfaces are finished by hand in genuine or synthetic leather.
The dynamic seat and backrest adjust to up to eight positions for individual adaptation to body height. Ergonomically shaped cushions provide support up to above shoulder height, while the bench has a maximum load capacity of 400 kg including weights.
