NOHRD WallBars combines the traditional wall-bar concept with modern, elegant design. The wooden rungs offer many grip options for calisthenics exercises and stretching workouts, allowing training for different fitness levels.
The integrated fold-out arm enables pull-ups and other bodyweight training, and is suitable for hanging or suspension exercises. Made from solid wood, WallBars is available with 10 or 14 rungs and stands just 13 cm from the wall.

The supports for the press bar are easy to install over the wooden part of the rail adapter by locking them to the metal frame with a clamp. The supports have a surface covered with felt to support the barbell. There are stoppers at the ends to prevent the bar from falling. The rail adapter is sold separately.
