The two-piece Swing dumbbell set combines high-quality black genuine leather with a solid wood handle made from oiled oak. Each dumbbell is filled with carefully weighed iron granulate.
The leather sack is hand-stitched in the NOHRD manufactory, making each set unique. It offers a distinctive design and can also serve as a firm grip for versatile training. Dynamic movements create an imbalance in the dumbbell, producing unique training stimuli reaching into the fascia.
