The Butterfly allows bilateral and unilateral training. It is height-adjustable and swivels, guiding the cables almost silently over ball-bearing rollers. The weight stack contains 14 rubber-coated plates. The solid cherrywood pull-up bar is height-adjustable and can optionally be converted into a lat pulldown station.
