The set contains three walnut massage balls: 4 cm, 7 cm and 10 cm. The different sizes allow graduated, targeted massage. The 4 cm ball is suitable for relieving tension in the jaw and foot muscles and for point massage of the neck and back. The 7 cm ball is suitable for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue of the sole and for point massage of the neck, back, arms and legs. The 10 cm ball is suitable for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue of the legs and buttocks and for point massage of the neck and arms.
Handmade rollholz is made in Germany, FSC-certified and 100% recyclable. The balls are sealed with linseed oil. They can be used for warming up, promoting circulation, after sport or to relieve tension. The set comes with a 10-year warranty; user weight is up to 200 kg and weight is approximately 28–400 g.
