NOHRD Sling is a versatile suspension trainer in an extremely compact, portable design. The rope length adjusts continuously, while the internal clamping mechanism enables safe rope training for athletes of all fitness levels at home, in the gym or while travelling.

The solid real-wood housing and black-stained rings with a 24 cm diameter give the trainer a natural look. It can be attached to a ceiling or branch using a carabiner. Using body weight as resistance, the training works on strength, core stability, balance and flexibility.
