NOHRD PowerPlank Vintage is a solid wood training device with a rotating bar and offset handles, allowing exercises with rotation both forwards and backwards.
NOHRD PowerPlank Vintage combines functional training with an authentic aged look. Its deliberately irregular grain and light, matte surface give the solid wood a natural, almost patinated character and a distinctive appearance.
The rotating bar, offset handles and stable base plate enable dynamic exercises for the upper body, core and arms. Rotation can be performed forwards or backwards, while different positions—from upright exercises to demanding plank variations—allow the training level to be adjusted individually.
