The walnut Mini Roller is designed for targeted, isolated treatment and for loosening tight connective-tissue structures. Its wide contact surface allows the feet, calf and thigh muscles, and forearm muscles to be rolled or stroked over a larger area. The rounded sides are particularly suitable for the neck, shoulder and chest areas.
The Mini Roller can be used for warming up before training, helping prevent tension or supporting recovery after a training session.
