The oak mini roller is designed for targeted work on tension and for loosening “tight” connective-tissue structures. Its broad contact surface allows the soles of the feet, calves, thighs and forearms to be rolled or stroked over a larger area. The rounded sides are suited to targeted work, especially around the neck, shoulders and chest.

Use it to warm up before training, help prevent tension or support recovery after a training session. The roller is 100% natural and fully biodegradable, handmade in Germany from FSC-certified wood and sealed with linseed oil. Approximate dimensions are 30 × 4 cm, weight is approximately 0.25 kg, and user weight is up to 200 kg.
