The ash wood mini roller is designed for targeted treatment of chronic and acute tension and for loosening tight connective-tissue structures. It can also be used preventively: to warm up before training, help prevent tension or support recovery after a training session.
Its broad contact surface allows the soles of the feet, calf and thigh muscles, and forearm muscles to be rolled or stroked over larger areas. The rounded sides are suitable for targeted treatment, especially around the neck, shoulders and chest. The mini roller is 100% natural and fully biodegradable, handmade in Germany from FSC-certified wood and sealed with linseed oil. Dimensions: approx. 30 cm × Ø 4 cm; weight approx. 0.25 kg.
