Eau-Me Board Club is an innovative balance board that reacts continuously and dynamically to movement when filled with water.
The Eau-Me Board Club expands your training programme and adds a challenge to balance and core stability training. Filled with water, the board remains in constant motion, making traditional exercises such as squats, sit-ups, lunges and push-ups more effective.
It features a real wood veneer footplate, a diameter of 64 cm and a robust plastic housing filled with approximately 6.5 litres of water. We recommend using the Eau-Me Board on a gym mat.
