The innovative Eau-Me Board is a balance board filled with water. The water keeps the board moving and responding, making balance and core stability training more challenging.
Traditional exercises such as squats, sit-ups, lunges and push-ups can be trained more effectively, as the constant movement activates stabilising muscles. The board has a real wood veneer footplate, a robust plastic housing with a diameter of 64 cm, and holds approximately 6.5 litres of water. We recommend using the Eau-Me Board on a gym mat.
