The 7 cm ball is suitable for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue of the sole of the foot and for targeted massage of the neck, back, arms and legs. The 10 cm ball is suitable for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue of the legs and buttocks and for targeted massage of the neck and arms.
Handmade in Germany, the balls are sealed with linseed oil, 100% recyclable and FSC-certified. They can be used for warming up, promoting circulation, after sport to support regeneration, or to relieve tension. The set is supplied in one package.
