rollholz fitness bands can support you while training pull-ups or working towards your first pull-up. They are also suitable for strength exercises and mobility work. Three resistance levels are available: green – light, blue – medium, and black – heavy.
The bands are 90 cm long and 4 cm wide, making them particularly comfortable to use and helping to avoid uncomfortable pressure marks. They can be combined with the rollholz doorway pull-up bar. Material: 70% polyester and 30% rubber. Machine washable at 60°C. Made in Baden-Württemberg.
