The NOHRD Doppelkugel is made from walnut wood and is especially suitable for self-massage of the arms, legs, feet and back. Its central groove leaves the spine clear and allows for optimal pressure distribution. Arm, leg and foot muscles can therefore be treated precisely and in isolation.
The massage ball can be used for warming up, promoting circulation, after sport to support recovery, or to relieve tension. Handmade and sealed with linseed oil, it measures approximately 15 cm × Ø 7 cm and weighs approximately 280 g. It is 100% recyclable, handmade in Germany and FSC certified.
