NOHRD Wall Compact combines full-body training with a slim, modern design. Use the touchscreen to start preset workouts, connect additional NOHRD equipment via Bluetooth and access a new Workout of the Day every day.
Each Wall Compact includes eight hand-sewn Swing dumbbells stored neatly on the wall. A SlimBeam is integrated on the left side, while the cable system and ski trainer support strength and endurance training.

The supports for the press bar are easy to install over the wooden part of the rail adapter by locking them to the metal frame with a clamp. The supports have a surface covered with felt to support the barbell. There are stoppers at the ends to prevent the bar from falling. The rail adapter is sold separately.
