NOHRD StepTower Eiche combines step, strength and functional training in one system. Its rounded side panels are made of high-quality veneered plywood with a solid oak frame. They serve as step or training benches, while the equipment is neatly stored behind them.
The tower integrates a complete dumbbell set, four resistance bands in different strengths, two cork yoga blocks, a fascia roller, a cork mat and two ball-bearing training handles made of solid wood. The padded top can be used as a comfortable seat or training bench, and the step boards can be used individually or stacked.
